tip; she was lying. Ok , on 5 officers i ever found 4 of them were after DT. Most of the corpies have similar statistics. Now go do the math.
math says error small sample size.
i have never found an officer spawn after DT.
go do the math.

Of course you haven't renster sov usually does not spaw officers , nor there are drone officers to begin with.
how is it an issue reading? 5 is too small of a sample size to conduct any type of statistical analysis what so ever.
also i've never rented sov in my entire eve career, nor have i ever been to the drone regions. care to try again?
